Today I’m reviewing Cowboy Magic Super Bodyshine. Last year I reviewed Cowboy Magic Detangler, and if you missed that here’s the review.
My review of this product will be brief, as I only used one bottle. This product is advertised to repel dust, add shine, and helps moisturize hair. They also claim this is not a sticky product.
Super Bodyshine smells good, which is always a bonus. It does add a nice shine, but it’s not the best shine enhancer I have tried. It helps to repel dust, but again…it’s not the best product for this. I don’t think it adds ANY moisture to the coat and I always used it with a spray conditioner as well (just like I always do with Showsheen). I did find this product sticky if you apply too much and it actually seems to attract dust if you put too much on. I’m not a big fan of the bottle either. I haven’t found one perfect shine product yet, but this one doesn’t have enough benefits to make the cut in our brush box.
This is one of the lowest priced shine enhancers you can find on the market, but for a few dollars more a bottle, you can get a others that do the job better. This product does what it says it will do to an extent, but is not the best shine product on the market in my opinion.
As much as I love Cowboy Magic Detangler, I cannot give a rave review of the Super Bodyshine.
