Saddle Box Review

It was super fun to have that little bit of mystery, and the SaddleBox doesn’t make you wait very long. The box arrived VERY quickly from the time it was ordered to the time it was delivered. The little equestrian and I were super impressed with the contents of our box. Every item was usable and practical except for one item! The Equine Spot On treatment for flies included in the box we were not able to utilize. (We gave this item to a friend, as our boys are older and can have skin sensitivities.) Included in the box was a hoof pick, stickers, a few educational anatomy cards, a bucket brush, a lead rope, vet wrap, and a TON of different treats for our equine friends (and once or twice human friends) to try!

The variety of treats in our specific box was VERY fun and quite impressive! The Heavenly Horse Banana chips were a favorite for Cora, who normally does not enjoy fresh banana! Although these are not intended for humans I did try one myself and they were delicious.. The Sweet Saddles Wild Cherry Hard candy was also a barn favorite, we shared these with all three of our horse on our review panel and they were VERY fond of these! Toby who can sometimes be picky about his food and treats was digging in pockets to get more! We also thought the Sophie’s Stable Spoilers treat was fun for adults and kids to feed, we tried hand feeding this, and it was a little difficult since it is a loose treat. We sprinkled this on feed rations and it was MUCH easier!

Honestly I was worried that the box would not have useful products. Some online subscription boxes I have used in the past give a survey or a “quiz” regarding what product you would prefer, discipline, age, etc. SaddleBox did an AMAZING job providing a broad range of products that ANYONE can use for ANY discipline in the equestrian world. The only thing that the little equestrian and I would change is our specific box did not have big “rider” goodies like socks, trinkets, or personal human items other than the stickers. You can view past boxes on the SaddleBox website and previous boxes have had REALLY cool items for humans!
