We are BIG Thoroughbred lovers here at Decidedly Equestrian!  Kristin owns a couple of OTTBs and is a big supporter of rescue groups.  Rachel rides and shows a Thoroughbred in dressage and has worked in Thoroughbred Aftercare for closing in on a decade.  Heck…the website was named after a Thoroughbred.  Decidedly won the Kentucky Derby in 1962 and was the last California bred to win that race until a favorite of mine, California Chrome, won in 2014 just a few months before this website was launched.

All that being said, we have a LOT of book recommendations for Thoroughbred and Racing lovers we thought we’d share!  What are your favorite books about the noble Thoroughbred?
